Pasco County commissioners have approved a large, mixed-use project, called the Interstate 75 “gateway” at State Road 52, with industrial, commercial and a mixture of residential developments, on a 785-acre property, northwest of the interchange. 

Governor Ron DeSantis appointed Lisa Yeager to fill the Pasco County Commission seat vacated with the death of Gary Bradford.

Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties opened its new office space in New Port Richey, at 7237 Little Road.
