Proper House Group has announced the lineup for its 8th Annual Guest Chef Dinner Series, at Rooster & the Till.
The Michelin-recognized restaurant will host a six-course communal dinner, accompanied by a playlist curated by PHG’s music director, DJ Casper.
The Guest Chef Dinner Series spans three nights and will feature the following chefs:
October 6: Chef Michael Beltran
November 17: Chef Philip Pretty
December 8: Chef Silvia Barban
Each Guest Chef Dinner is $175 and includes a six-course tasting menu. A pairing experience and beverages are available for an additional cost and can be purchased on the night of the event. Guests can make reservations at roosterandthetill.com.
Due to the limited nature of these events, seating will be communal. Final menus will be released closer to the event date.
