Ryan Companies completes Lakewood Ranch master-planned development (PHOTOS)

Ryan Companies US, a national commercial real estate company, completed the Renata at Lakewood Ranch, a 502-unit multifamily community within the 33,000-acre master-planned development, in Bradenton.

Renata is Ryan’s largest project in Florida, to date. It spans 37 acres of four-story luxury residences and best-in-class amenities.

Ryan was the developer and builder in the joint venture with PGIM and Park Springs.

In addition to Renata, Ryan’s other projects, at Lakewood Ranch, include Grand Living at Lakewood Ranch, Lakewood Ranch Preparatory Academy, Chris-Craft Boats and an Amazon Last Mile Facility.
