Denver-based lobbying firm opens Tampa office

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck has announced the opening of its new office in Tampa, marking the firm’s 13th location nationwide. The expansion strengthens Brownstein’s strategic alliance with Rubin, Turnbull & Associates, a Florida-based lobbying firm with offices in Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Tallahassee.

Melissa Kuipers Blake

Melissa Kuipers Blake, a shareholder in Brownstein’s Government Relations practice, will lead the Tampa office as managing partner. A Florida native and graduate of Florida State University and the University of Miami School of Law, she returns to the state to oversee operations. She will focus on business development, leveraging the firm’s federal lobbying team in Washington, D.C., and its partnership with Rubin Turnbull.

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is a bipartisan lobbying firm that offers a range of services, including legislative consulting, advocacy, policy development, and representation before Congress and federal agencies.

The office is located at 401 E. Jackson Street, Suite 3300.
