Tomlin St Cyr Real Estate announces leadership transition

Tomlin St Cyr Real Estate Services is undergoing a leadership transition as Mary Ann Porter steps down from her role as managing broker. Porter, the company’s first employee, has been a key figure in its growth since its founding, in 2015.

Porter, whose real estate career spans nearly four decades, has overseen the sale of high-value properties throughout Tampa Bay and mentored numerous agents. She will remain with the company as a broker associate.

Under her leadership, Tomlin St Cyr has expanded with the acquisition of Gulf Shores Realty, in Venice, and now includes a title company, insurance agency and mortgage brokerage.

“Mary Ann Porter has been the heartbeat of Tomlin St Cyr since day one,” said Ali St Cyr, co-owner of the company. “Her leadership, passion and commitment have been pivotal in shaping our success.”

Diana Kurtz, a longtime company leader, will take over as managing broker. Kurtz has been with Tomlin St Cyr for nine years and has served as a Florida Realtors director, a board member of the Tampa Realtor Association and a board member of Stellar MLS.
