Vik and Sneha Patel donate $3 million to support Healing Garden at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital

Jo-Lynn Brown May 12, 2025

Vik and Sneha Patel, owners of Tampa-based Purple Square Management Co., have donated $3 million to St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital Foundation to support a future Healing Garden at the hospital’s new pediatric facility.

The Healing Garden will provide a space for children and families visiting the hospital. It will be part of the forthcoming Pagidipati Children’s Hospital at St. Joseph’s, a free-standing pediatric facility set to open by 2030.

“As parents of two young girls, it is a comfort to know that this wonderful hospital is right here in our community,” the Patels said in a joint statement. “We are so impressed by the caliber of the clinical team, the kindness they show to everyone and the vision for the future.”

The Patels have supported the hospital for years, including chairing the 2024 Heroes Ball, which raised $1.45 million for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Through their company, they operate more than 245 franchises, including over 100 Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins locations across Florida and Alabama.
