Commercial real estate firm JLL has hired Bill Reeves, as managing director, and Doug Waechter, as senior associate, to strengthen its office tenant representation team in Tampa.
Reeves brings more than 25 years of experience and has handled over 700 transactions, totaling more than 3 million square feet. He previously held leadership roles at Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield and has represented companies such as Morgan Stanley, General Electric and Tampa Electric Company.
Waechter, a St. Petersburg native, and former Tampa Bay Rays pitcher, joins the firm after working in luxury residential real estate and commercial brokerage. He is also a longtime broadcaster for the Rays and is active in local community organizations including the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
The duo previously worked together at Colliers and bring a combination of national perspective and deep local market knowledge to JLL’s Tampa presence.
