Motor Enclave track to become Hard Rock Speedway

Hard Rock rebrands Motor Enclave track, tying into Tampa’s event and tourism growth.
Chuck Merlis April 16, 2026

The Motor Enclave has signed a naming-rights deal with Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, rebranding its 1.72-mile racetrack as Hard Rock Speedway.

Announced April 4, the agreement makes Hard Rock a premier partner across the 200-acre campus. The Hermann Tilke-designed track will anchor performance driving experiences, member events and corporate activations beginning in the second quarter of 2026.

The deal connects one of Tampa’s largest hospitality operators to an experiential real estate concept built around motorsports, private garages and event programming.

For Hard Rock, it extends reach beyond its Interstate 4 resort into a high-income enthusiast audience and a growing base of corporate users.

The Motor Enclave’s model centers on recurring use, including member track days, private events and public programming. Its Cars and Coffee events draw more than 6,000 attendees per edition.

Under the agreement, Seminole Hard Rock Tampa becomes the preferred hotel and entertainment partner for visiting guests, linking its resort offerings to the venue’s events and operations.

The naming deal brings a major regional brand into a project that has expanded beyond a niche enthusiast venue into a broader entertainment platform.

As programming grows, the site is expected to host both consumer events and corporate uses, adding to Tampa’s tourism and experiential pipeline.
