Culver’s plans to build a new restaurant along East Fowler Avenue in Temple Terrace, adding another national brand to a corridor that continues to draw retail investment near the University of South Florida.
The project calls for a dine-in restaurant with a drive-through at 5880 E Fowler Ave, where construction is set to begin. The site sits along a high-traffic stretch that serves nearby neighborhoods and the USF campus, supporting steady demand for quick-service restaurants.
S and L Properties Temple Terrace LLC owns the property and hired McCon Building Corporation to construct the restaurant. The project is moving into construction, allowing the operator to design the site around drive-through traffic, which remains a key factor for restaurant performance along commuter corridors.
