Ralph Lauren has opened a new store at Hyde Park Village, bringing women’s collection, men’s Purple Label and men’s and women’s Polo Ralph Lauren apparel to 1609 W. Snow Ave. in South Tampa.
The opening places a national luxury brand in a village whose retail mix has shifted sharply toward fashion, premium brands and experiential wellness.
Hyde Park Village’s 2022 directory included Wine Exchange Bistro & Wine Bar, Goody Goody, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Paper Source, Verizon, Nike, vineyard vines and Zadig & Voltaire.
Its current directory instead lists Ralph Lauren alongside LoveShackFancy, PAIGE, Rag & Bone, Reformation, Studs, VISAGE by ÉLAN, Hill House Home, Rifle Paper Co., FRAME and SHACK Yoga + Sculpt, creating a more concentrated luxury and lifestyle lineup.
The store itself draws from the sailboats and yachts at nearby Tampa Bay marinas, with cherry wood, white millwork and brass hardware, light maple floors and bright white paneling. A suspended racing scull and oars, layered rugs, decorative accessories and curated art carry the nautical design through the space.
The Tampa opening comes as Ralph Lauren continues to expand its direct-to-consumer retail footprint. The company reported fiscal 2026 revenue of more than $8.1 billion, including 9% North America revenue growth and a 10% increase in North American brick-and-mortar comparable-store sales. It opened 48 Ralph Lauren stores and closed 13 during the year, saying its stores are generally located in upscale street locations and upscale regional malls.
Ralph Lauren is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
