Barstool Sports will produce a weekly professional football show from Shear Media Studios in St. Petersburg, where the production will build a custom set and use Tampa Bay camera crews, production vendors and other local production support.
The show will operate from Studio G, a 5,621-square-foot production space connected to the facility’s control room and broadcast infrastructure. Shear Media Studios did not identify the show, its hosts or when episodes will begin airing, nor did it disclose financial terms or the expected duration of the production.
Studio G became available for full production use in February, less than a year after Shear Media Studios launched in 2025. The space is part of the company’s 11,000-square-foot facility at 12100 28th St., which accommodates television, film, livestream and other broadcast productions.
Barstool joins other companies and productions that have used the facility since Studio G opened, including Quest Diagnostics and National Lampoon-related film projects.
