Great Places and Spaces: The Blake

The Blake, a new mixed-use high-rise building, is being planned for downtown St Petersburg, at the site of the former Masonic Temple, at 114 Fourth Street S.

The project will be built to be LEED Silver certified and will have advanced energy, and safety, innovations designed to appeal to working professional homeowners in a post-coronavirus world.

The $40 million project is being developed by Blake Investment Partners and was designed by architects Antunovich Associates.

It will have 20 floors, including 16 residential floors, three levels of parking, commercial space and a lobby, on the ground floor.
Residential units will range from 1,500 to 2,500 square feet and will, mostly, be two-bedroom/two-bath units.

Construction is planned to begin in January 2022.
