The Residences at 400 Central opens gallery, reservations (Renderings)

Red Apple Real Estate, the developer of The Residences at 400 Central, launched sales of condominiums, offering private appointments for buyers at its sales gallery at 465 Central Avenue, in downtown St. Petersburg.

Potential buyers can browse floorplans and select the residence type, floor, view direction and design with pre-construction pricing.

The tower is anticipated to be one of the tallest residential buildings on the west coast of Florida, standing at 515 feet, according to a statement.

The 46-story, full-service, residential tower will consist of 301 condominium homes with one-to-four-bedroom floorplans as well as a selection of custom penthouse homes.

“We are thrilled to begin reservations at this extraordinary new project in St. Petersburg,” said John Catsimatidis Sr., founder of Red Apple. “St. Petersburg is a place where I have had family roots for more than 30 years and the future of the City is bright. We are excited to meet prospective buyers and show them the wonderful new homes in the sky that await them.”

Designed by architectural firm, Arquitectonica, the Residences at 400 Central pre-construction pricing starts at $800,000.
