The Residences at the Tampa EDITION

Strategic Property Partners plans to introduce the city’s first hotel-branded condominiums with The Residences at the Tampa EDITION as part of Water Street Tampa, the 50-acre mixed-use development project currently under construction. At the top 15 floors of a 26-story tower, the Residences at the Tampa EDITION will sit above the recently announced 173-room, five-star Tampa EDITION Hotel.

Created through a partnership between innovator Ian Schrager and Marriott International, this will be the the third property in the country to offer EDITION-branded residences, joining the Miami EDITION and the West Hollywood EDITION.

With architecture by New-York based architect, Morris Adjmi, in collaboration with Florida-based architecture and planning firm Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates, the Residences at the Tampa EDITION will boast interiors by interior design firm, Roman & Williams.

Smith & Associates, a Tampa-based real estate brokerage company, will be the exclusive sales agent representing The Residences at the Tampa EDITION. The project is expected to break ground in early 2019.
