Dynasty Luxury Group’s Carol Fasick-Joyce was seen talking to Compass Land & Title’s President Phil Yost about her multi-million-dollar new construction listings on Snell Isle. Yost was sharing news of his passion for film and the upcoming Sunscreen Film Festival. Savory Spice Shop’s new owner Peigi Jeanblanc is a recent transplant from Chicago and happy to share news about their monthly cooking classes and the booming downtown St. Pete with developer Richard McClure.
