Tampa Bay Watch, a nonprofit organization whose overall mission is to restore and protect the bay’s habitat through stewardship and community awareness, appointed Cynthia “Cindy” Reichard as controller.

Franklin Street arranged the sale of Whitehall Horizons, a 44-unit, 64,896-sqaure-foot multifamily property in St. Petersburg, for $7.15 million, or $110.18 per square foot.
