Tampa Bay Business and Wealth presents its first Up & Comers special section.
The Tampa Bay area has no shortage of young talent. With more than 50 nominations for TBBW’s first section, which seeks to celebrate the rising talent in your workplace, and the community, it’s obvious that the future of Tampa Bay is in good hands.
In this first section, we selected eight professionals to highlight, but don’t fret if you turned in materials, or were nominated, and don’t see your recognition yet. We will feature these quarterly and will continue to accept nominations on a rolling basis.
Selection is done internally and is based on both your nomination form and your letters of recommendation.

What makes you a TBBW Up & Comer? Success in business through financial results, career growth, etc.
I joined our agency in one of the most unique times in American history and was able to successfully jump start a book of business for my agency, as well as my personal brand. This was done through exhaustive networking, cold outreach and relationship development.
In what ways do you give back to your community through volunteer work, advocacy and board service?
I am a membership ambassador for the West Tampa Chamber of commerce, a Junior Advisory Board member for the First Tee of Tampa Bay and am a member of Jesuit young alumni counsel. The First Tee of Tampa Bay is an organization close to my heart, devoted to helping kids experience the game of golf, which allows them to utilize the values they learn through competing in the classroom and in the rest of their lives. A lot of the values I use in my professional life were rooted in youth sports and helping kids develop in the same way I did is my way of giving back to the next generation.
