Compass Group Equity Partners acquires Florida Energy Water & Air

LCG Capital Advisors has announced the strategic partnership between Florida Energy Water & Air, a fully integrated sales, installation and service contractor providing water treatment systems, water heaters, HVAC and related products, with Compass Group Equity Partners.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. LCG served as the investment banker to FEWA in connection with the transaction, according to a statement.

With offices in Tampa and Nashville, LCG is a boutique investment banking firm that assists companies in a wide range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate debt placements, growth capital placements, management and leveraged buyouts and strategic transaction advisory services.
