Redefining Refuge names Jen Gudenkauf president

Redefining Refuge has expanded its leadership team adding Jen Gudenkauf as the organization’s president.

Gudenkauf will be the third board president in 12 years.

“Each president has been selected based on the phase of the organization and their specific skillset for that phase,” says Natasha Nascimento, chief executive officer of Redefining Refuge.

For this next phase of Redefining Refuge’s growth, priority one will be the All Hands on Deck Community Resource Center for Trafficked Youth, Nascimento says.

“We could not think of a more perfect person to start this new journey and phase with us than Jen,” Nascimento says. “Not only is Jen a visionary, but she is perhaps the most talented and skilled individual when it comes to sustainability, scalability and creating a dream team – which is just what we will need to accomplish this.”

“It is such an honor to be appointed to this role.  I’m excited to work with Natasha to expand awareness of the mission of Redefining Refuge and the impact we can have with our kids in the Tampa Bay Community,” says Jen Gudenkauf.
