Shiso Crispy plans to open in the Tyrone Gardens shopping center, in west St. Petersburg.

Harte Hanks, a global customer experience company based in San Antonio, Texas, has completed the acquisition of InsideOut Solutions, an inside-sales optimization firm, in St. Petersburg.  

Shiso Crispy, a food truck, will open its first bricks-and-mortar location at 924 58th St. N., in the Tyrone Gardens shopping center, in west St. Petersburg, this summer. 

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, a family-owned and operated wine and spirits retailer, opened a new store, in Largo, at 1756 N. Missouri Ave. 

Sugar Hill Community Partners, a roposer for the redevelopment of the Historic Gas Plant District, announced Blue Sky Communities, Property Markets Group Affordable and the St. Petersburg Housing Authority will be the lead affordable housing development partners as part of their response to the Historic Gas Plant District RFP. 

Neptune Flood, in St. Petersburg, promoted Matt Duffy from director of risk management and internal audit to chief risk officer.

The Annex Coffee House will open in Gulfport.

Fenway Hotel, in Dunedin, appointed Clayton Parrett its new executive chef. 

The Annex Coffee House, a drive-through coffee shop, will open at 5133 Gulfport Blvd. S., in Gulfport. 

The Sirata Beach Resort and Conference Center, at 5390 Gulf Blvd., St. Pete Beach, sold to an entity with ties to Columbia Sussex Corporation, a privately-owned, Kentucky-based hotel company, for $207 million. 

The new Doc Ford’s Jungle Terrace Rum Bar and Grille opened at 8790 Bay Pines Blvd., St. Petersburg. 

C.R. Herro has been named chief executive officer of AR Homes by Arthur Rutenberg, a network of independently owned and operated homebuilding franchises based in Clearwater. 

Monin Americas, a maker of flavoring products for beverages and food, announced a partnership with Bee Downtown and plans to install beehives at its Clearwater headquarters. 

Climate First Bank, in St. Petersburg, appointed Jose Camacho to the board of directors and Rachel Kent as vice president, marketing director.

St. Petersburg-based Bayfirst National Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of BayFirst Financial Corp., promoted Anthony Perez to senior vice president and Tampa market executive.
