Great Places and Spaces: The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay (RENDERINGS)

Kolter Urban, a Palm Beach-based real estate development and investment firm, has debuted the Ritz-Carlton Residences at Sarasota Bay, a waterfront residential tower offering 78 residences.

The property will provide views of the harbor, Sarasota Bay, downtown Sarasota’s cityscape and the Gulf of Mexico and is located within Quay Sarasota, the region’s mixed-use development featuring a waterfront boardwalk, marina, restaurants, specialty shops and services.

Designed by SB Architects, the Residences will range from 3,500 square feet to less than 6,000 square feet for each expansive three- and four-bedroom residence within the 20-story property.

Residents will have elevators opening directly into each residence and separate service elevators for deliveries.

Additional amenities include a News Café, with a beverage station, a private board room for residents to hold meetings and socialize, an outdoor dog park with adjacent pet washing station, and individual lockable, humidity-controlled storage areas.

The Residences also will provide on-site property management services provided by the Ritz-Carlton concierge services and a private access parking garage with a valet at the elevated main entry.

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty is exclusively leading sales efforts for the Ritz-Carlton Residences at Sarasota Bay. Private appointments are welcomed at the presentation gallery at 1111 Ritz-Carlton Drive on the lobby level of the hotel.
