One Liners Pasco: BayCare, Two Rivers and more

► Pasco County Commissioner Kathryn Starkey has been appointed to a one-year term on the board of directors for the National Association of Counties. 

► Pasco County took the first step toward allowing up to 2.26 million square feet of industrial space on property west of the Suncoast Parkway. 

► Two Rivers, a master-planned community in Pasco County, is adding 2,000 acres to the development and will use the added land to build three villages with homes, a private country club with a spa and an 18-hole golf course.
