► Taylor Sam’s opened, at 312 Third St. S., in the Camden Pier District apartment tower, in St. Petersburg. (Pictured above) 

► A second Red Mesa Mercado location is being planned for 6001 Central Ave., in St. Petersburg, where Two Graces and Reading Room formerly operated. 

► Admiral Leasing, based in Hunt Valley, Maryland, bought the property, at 4601 34th St. N., in St. Pete, which currently houses Tesla, for $26.25 million. 

Anthony Aesthetics, in St. Petersburg, held its grand opening event.

► Anthony Aesthetics, at 1901 Martin Luther King Jr. St. N., Suite B, St. Petersburg, held its grand opening event. 

► Duckweed Urban Grocery plans to open a new store, in downtown St. Petersburg, by the end of 2023 inside the ground floor of the Tru by Hilton hotel, at 1650 Central Ave., in the Grand Central District.  

► Hope Villages of America, in Largo, was selected as a beneficiary of the Winn-Dixie Bloomin’ 4 Good Program. 

► Pinellas County Economic Development was announced as the recipient of the Urban Deal of the Year Award for the Brooker Creek South project at the Florida Economic Development Council’s Foundation Conference Awards. 

Kanika Tomalin

► The Foundation for a Healthy St. Petersburg named Kanika Tomalin president and chief executive officer.

► Lolita’s Wine Market plans to move to the inside of the Morean Center for Clay, at 420 22nd St. S.,  St. Petersburg. 

► Apyx Medical, a medical device manufacturer, sold its Largo headquarters, at 1551 Ulmerton Road, in a $7.65 million deal but will continue to operate in the facility as a tenant. 

Barbouni

► Barbouni at Baba, a Greek and Lebanese eatery, opened at 2701 Central Ave., in St. Petersburg. 

► Third Lake Partners, a Tampa-based investment advisory firm, has offered to purchase a property, at 800 1st Ave. S., the former UPC Insurance headquarters, from the city of St. Petersburg.

► StretchLab, an assisted stretching franchise, opened a studio, at 1760 4th St. N., St. Petersburg. 

► Engel & Völkers Belleair announced that Brandy and Garret Jagdmann, of Jagdmann Group, joined the real estate brokerage located at 2510 West Bay Drive, in Belleair Bluffs.
