One Liners Pasco: HCA Florida, TriGate Capital and more

► TriGate Capital, a Dallas real estate investment firm, purchased The Shops at Wiregrass, in Wesley Chapel, for $70.5 million. (Pictured above)

► Florida Agriculture Commissioner Wilton Simpson has sold a 21-acre property, at 21210 U.S. Highway 98, in Dade City, to Cal-Maine Foods, a national egg producer, for $11 million.  

► LIV Development, a real estate developer based in Birmingham, Alabama, plans to build a 234-unit apartment building, at State Road 54 and Henley Road, in Lutz. 

►The county’s lost pet population will benefit from a $35,000 grant that Petco Love awarded to Pasco County Animal Services, which will be used to hire a pet reunification specialist to help find the owners of animals brought into the shelter as strays. 

HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital has awarded a $500 scholarship to Zephyrhills High School.

► HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital has awarded a $500 scholarship to Zephyrhills High School, in recognition of its students earning “Most-Improved Seat Belt Use,” among nine Pasco County high schools participating in the Safe Kids Suncoast “Battle of the Belts” program. 

►The retailer Belk plans to open an outlet store, in Land O’ Lakes, at 2111 Collier Parkway. 

► Hold-Thyssen, a full service commercial real estate services firm, with offices in Clearwater and Winter Park, completed a long-term lease agreement with a technology firm at Ridgewood Square, 6436-6438 Ridge Road, in Port Richey. 

► The Tax Collector’s Office at the West Pasco Government Center, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, is undergoing renovations with an expected completion date of Oct. 16.
