Jafri Capital has arranged $3.6 million for the refinancing of two properties, in St. Pete Beach.
All told, the firm has closed on $10 million dollars of arranged debt financing during the summer of 2023, in the Tampa-St. Petersburg metro area, according to a statement.
Scott Glazer, of Lynx Mortgage Bank Commercial Division, originated the deal. Ege Ozcan, vice president of Jafri Capital, led the deal team and worked alongside Lynx Commercial’s originators from the signed term sheet to close. Shahid Jafri, founder of Jafri Capital, negotiated the deal.
Founded in 2018, Jafri Capital primarily focuses on equity placement and has arranged twelve LP Equity investments, over the last five years, in New York and Florida.
