►Firmo Construction, in Sarasota, added new superintendent Andor Keresztes and promoted Stefan Baron, former business development director, to vice president of operations.

►The Brian and Sheila Jellison Family Foundation, in Sarasota, established by previous Roper Technologies CEO Brian Jellison and his family, is giving $16 million to the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, with a goal of supporting free enterprise, financial literacy and lifelong learning.

Employees with Halfacre Construction Company

Since 2011, employees with Halfacre Construction Company, a Lakewood Ranch-based commercial construction company, have voluntarily chosen to contribute slightly more than $33,000 through recurring weekly payroll deductions to the Loveland Center, a nonprofit organization that provides educational, and vocational, programs and support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Manatee, Sarasota and Charlotte counties.

►Transwestern Commercial Services has been named the exclusive listing agency to sell Plaza Del Rio, the 78,553-square-foot, seven-story, landmark office tower at 101 Riverfront Blvd. in Bradenton.

►Allegiant Airlines started service from Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport to Lehigh Valley International Airport, in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

►Tidewell Hospice, in Sarasota, plans to establish a Tidewell Foundation and named executive vice president and chief philanthropy officer, Debbie Mason, as the foundation’s president.

Siesta Key Marina

►Colliers International’s Leisure Property Advisors team brokered the sale of Siesta Key Marina, in Sarasota, to Safe Harbor Marinas which purchased the property from the Dentici and Eggebrecht families for an undisclosed price.

►Sunz Insurance, headquartered in Bradenton, recently closed commercial real estate transactions, including a 43,863-square-foot office building at 1201 Sixth Ave. W., for $3.75 million and a 1-acre lot at 816 12th St. W., for $750,000.

►Caldwell Trust Co. purchased the former Cain/Wilson Building at 27 S. Orange Ave. and the adjacent parking lot, in downtown Sarasota, for $3.35 million.

►Harmar, a Sarasota-based manufacturer of wheelchair and scooter vehicle lifts and other accessibility equipment, leased a 19,916-square-foot office space in Northgate Center Business Park, in Sarasota, to house its sales, executive and operational staff.

The commercial division of Sarasota real estate firm Michael Saunders & Co. joined TCN Worldwide Real Estate Services, a consortium of brokerage firms that network to grow their individual businesses.

►New College Foundation’s board of directors added four new members to its board of directors: Janene Amick, Beverly Bartner, Susan Burns and Renee Hamad.

►DeAngelis Diamond, a construction firm in Sarasota, promoted Bryan Trtan from preconstruction manager to director of preconstruction.

►Goodwill Manasota will open the Boutique at Cortez, a new space adjacent to its existing Cortez retail store location, at 3465 Cortez Road W., Bradenton.

►Invo Bioscience named Inger Britt Carlsson vice president of medical affairs.
