► The owners of Mullet’s Fish Camp & Market, located at 3901 6th Street South, St. Petersburg, are opening a dessert bar, at 3910 6th Street South, St. Petersburg. (Pictured above)

► Clearwater Marine Aquarium added Marian Goodman and Matt Novak to its board of directors. 

► Wealth Care University signed on as a U-Haul neighborhood dealer and will open a location at 2154 9th Ave. S., Suite D, in St. Petersburg.  

Liz Smith

► The Florida Surplus Lines Service Office appointed Liz Smith, senior risk and insurance manager for PODS Enterprises, in Clearwater, to its risk management seat on the Board of Governors. 

► The boards of directors at Empath Health and Trustbridge signed a Memorandum of Understanding to begin the process of an affiliation between the two organizations. 

GolfSuites City Club

► GolfSuites, based in Brandon, signed a lease to bring GolfSuites City Club to the 17,000-square-foot historic Tramor Cafeteria building, at 123 4th Street South, in downtown St. Pete. 

► The Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation established a new partnership with Pure Science Golf to elevate the golfing experience at the Chi Chi Rodriguez Driving Range. 

► The Florida Agency for Health Care Administration designated Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital’s Neonatal ICU as a Level IV NICU. 

Qargo Coffee

► The Florida Orchestra promoted Chelsea Gallo to resident conductor. 

► Qargo Coffee, a coffee company that’s headquartered in Miami, plans to open a location in the EDGE District, of downtown St. Petersburg, at 924 Central Avenue, inside the 930 Central Flats apartment building. 

► Researchers at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg campus received a grant from the National Institutes of Health Institute on Aging to continue work in dementia prevention through a clinical research study called Active Mind. 

► The Sourdough Co., a bakery and café that specializes in sourdough breads, cookies, sandwiches and soups, has leased space at 1113 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg. 

► Vidalta Property Management, an affiliate of multifamily real estate investment firm Eagle Property Capital, has begun the leasing of Pelican Lake Apartment Homes, a new apartment community, in Clearwater. 

► The Campus Colors Boutique, a women’s fashion shop owned by Karen Sleszynski, opened at 600 1st Avenue North, Suite 100, in St. Petersburg.
