► The Sourdough Co., a bakery and café that specializes in sourdough breads, cookies, sandwiches and soups, has leased space, at 1113 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg. 

► Digital Twin Marine, a startup that creates digital models of ships, relocated its headquarters to St. Petersburg.   

► Tampa Bay Times, in St. Petersburg, has named Joe DeLuca its president, replacing Conan Gallaty, who will remain as the paper’s CEO and chairman.

► Construction began on the Second District Court of Appeal, at 525 Mirror Lake Drive, near the Pinellas County Clerk of Court and St. Petersburg City Hall, in downtown St. Petersburg.
