Alair Redington is set to bring a new, premier location to the Tampa Bay Area

Alair Homes has strengthened its presence in Southwest Florida with the addition of Alair Redington. Owned and operated by Simon Amesbury, owner of the Alair South Tampa location, Alair Redington is set to make an impact in the local, luxury, custom and renovation home market.

Alair Redington’s flagship project will be a waterfront home, in Treasure Island.

Scheduled to begin demolition within the next two weeks, and construction in August 2024, the home has an expected evaluation of more than $8 million, upon completion.

This custom home will replace a 1970s ranch-style home, which is below the FEMA Flood Elevation, and has suffered flooding from every storm surge.

“We are excited to establish our presence in the eleven municipalities that look after ‘the beaches’ with Alair Redington,” said Simon Amesbury. “This project is indicative of the residential redevelopment patterns up and down this coastline. We have a duty to improve the infrastructure and protect residents who want to live here. This is the first, of many, that we hope will showcase the quality and craftsmanship that Alair Homes is known for.”

Robert Motley of ArchEvoke, Rachel Sullivan of Maybird Interiors, Belt Engineering and many other trade partners are collaborating on this project.
