The Miramar Resort, at 4200 Gulf Boulevard, St. Pete Beach, revealed plans for an expansion that would include building a new seven-story, 30-unit, building.
St. Petersburg architect Jack Bodziak and partner Britt Browne Hayes have released new renderings revealing a 1950s-inspired design for the new building, which will include a rooftop restaurant, and bar, and ground level pool.
The Miramar Resort has two existing pools that will be demolished to make way for the redevelopment.
If approved, construction is expected to wrap up within a year.
