Two real estate firms acquire multi-family properties in Lutz

Argyle Real Estate Partners, a real estate investment firm in the Southeast and Texas, partnered with Sembler Investments Real Estate Partners and acquired two residential multi-family properties in the Tampa area.

The properties include Sage at Cypress Cay, a 324-unit community, and Lantana at Cypress Cay, a 252-unit community, centrally located in Lutz.  

Both properties are near the University of South Florida, Veterans’ Hospital, Advent Health’s main hospital campus and 20 minutes from downtown Tampa.
