Tampa Bay Wave announces 2024 FinTech|X Accelerator cohort of startups

Tampa Bay Wave, in collaboration with the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business, has launched the 2024 FinTech|X Accelerator, featuring a cohort of 10 startups.

Powered by support from the U.S. Economic Development Administration, Encore Bank, Smiley Technologies and Shumaker Loop & Kendrick, the program is now in its third year.

The FinTech|X Accelerator will span 90 days and include two in-person sessions at USF’s St. Petersburg campus.

The founders selected for the program have backgrounds at companies such as JPMorgan Chase, Ernst & Young and Microsoft.
