Seminole Hard Rock Tampa debuts $65 million in upgrades (PHOTOS)

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa has completed more than $65 million in renovations, including nearly 350 new slot machines, a revamped buffet and updates to 240 smoke-free hotel rooms.

The Fresh Harvest Buffet has reopened, offering six live-action kitchens with themes such as American, Italian and international cuisine. The return of the buffet has added 200 jobs, bringing the casino’s total workforce to 4,293, according to a statement.

The buffet will operate Thursday through Sunday, with lunch starting at $29.95 per person and weekend brunch priced at $44.95. Dinner costs range from $39.95 to $49.95, and a $15 mimosa package is available.

A new gaming area, featuring 350 slot machines, also opened in a space previously occupied by the food court. The area marks the latest addition to the casino, which introduced live craps, roulette and sports betting in recent years.

The hotel’s West Tower now features 240 updated rooms, including smoke-free options. Renovations include new artwork made from vinyl records, paying homage to the brand’s musical heritage. The 802-room hotel maintains its AAA Diamond rating.
