Progressive, T-Mobile, Grow Financial and more named top Tampa Bay workplaces for 2025 by the Times

The Tampa Bay Times has unveiled its annual list of the Top 100 Workplaces for 2025, recognizing companies that excel in fostering positive work environments, based on employee feedback. The evaluation, conducted in partnership with Energage, surveyed employees on various aspects such as pay, benefits, leadership and overall job satisfaction.

The top five workplaces in each category are:

Large Companies (500+ employees):

  1. BHHS Florida Properties Group
  2. Progressive Insurance
  3. Grow Financial Federal Credit Union
  4. T-Mobile US
  5. MetLife

Midsize Companies (150-499 employees):

  1. Century 21 Beggins Enterprises
  2. Florida Executive Realty
  3. PulteGroup
  4. Slide Insurance
  5. Stansell Properties & Development

Small Companies (fewer than 150 employees):

  1. Engel & Völkers
  2. Dimmitt Chevrolet
  3. Westshore Financial Group
  4. Clearview Land Design
  5. Reltco Inc

The selection process involved inviting 2,544 organizations to participate, with 202 agreeing to survey their employees. The top 100 were chosen based on the strength of their employee feedback. ​

This recognition highlights companies that prioritize employee satisfaction and well-being, contributing to a thriving work culture in the Tampa Bay area.
