Waldorf Astoria Residences coming to St. Petersburg in 50-story tower (RENDERINGS)

Luxury development to become city’s tallest building with waterfront views, signature amenities

The Waldorf Astoria brand is making its debut on Florida’s West Coast with a new 50-story luxury residential tower, in downtown St. Petersburg, developers have announced.

Waldorf Astoria Residences St. Petersburg will feature 163 residences and become the tallest building in the city. The project is a joint venture between PMG, Feldman Equities, City Office REIT and Hilton. Smith & Associates Real Estate will manage sales.

Residences will range from 2,031 to 3,408 square feet, with a two-story penthouse topping 10,000 square feet and featuring a private pool. Each home includes custom closets, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and expansive terraces with bay views. Interiors are designed by BAMO, with architecture by CUBE 3.

Among the amenities: a Peacock Alley-inspired sky lounge, 20,000-square-foot resort-style pool deck, wellness center, kids club, pet spa and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The building will also include 73,000 square feet of Class-A office space.

The property will be managed by Hilton, offering residents full-service hospitality and concierge access.
