Kevin Lott named Tampa Bay managing principal at Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Kevin Lott as managing principal for the Tampa Bay region, where he will oversee 250 associates and help drive the firm’s growth strategy across the market.

In his new role, Lott is tasked with enhancing client service, recruiting and developing top talent and strengthening Cushman & Wakefield’s presence in the region.

Lott began his career as an associate at Cushman & Wakefield after graduating from Wake Forest University. His two decades of experience include leadership roles at Colonial Properties Trust, JLL, Bridge Investment Group and, most recently, Trimont, where he served as managing director of equity asset management.

Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) is a global commercial real estate services firm with approximately 52,000 employees, in nearly 400 offices, across 60 countries. In 2024, the company reported $9.4 billion in revenue.
