Rygiel says his proudest achievements are the careers he’s helped shape. “There’s no greater pride than seeing someone you mentored thrive,” he says. His biggest leap? Leaving a $200 million business unit to build something meaningful.
An advocate for education and youth, Rygiel has chaired Lutz Prep and Pasco-Hernando State College’s Foundation and now serves as Corporate Walk Chair for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s 2025 Light the Night campaign.
