Neal has led Neal Communities for over 55 years, shaping the Southwest Florida landscape with more than 25,000 homes built. A Wharton graduate and former Florida senator, his vision blends business, public policy and philanthropy into a legacy of lasting impact.
Patrick’s proudest distinction was being named the “Best Workplace in Sarasota County” and its 83 Glassdoor rating. “Respect from my team is everything,” he says.
Giving back is a family tradition. With wife Charlene, Neal donates millions annually to causes including the Village of Hope, New College and Boys & Girls Clubs.
