Gary Hartfield is a multi-industry entrepreneur, author and philanthropist who leads Serenity Village Insurance & Consulting, part of a $10 million portfolio spanning health care, insurance and real estate. He built the company with his late sister, Tammy, transforming grief into a mission to protect underserved communities.
A former health care operator turned insurance leader, Hartfield also founded the All Hart Foundation and serves on more than a dozen influential boards including United Way, HART and St. Joseph’s Baptist Health. His defining moment came in 2024, when he was inducted into the Tampa Bay Business Hall of Fame.
