Kelly Boyd-Rivera is one of only three women in the world to own a dental lab. After leaving a $230 million company she helped build, she launched Cadmus Dental Lab, in 2022. Despite legal roadblocks and industry skepticism, she’s grown it into a $55 million global operation, in just three years. “We sprinted with zero marketing. Reputation did the work,” she says.
Boyd-Rivera is passionate about giving back, leading annual mission trips to deliver care to hundreds in underserved countries. With a run for Tampa mayor on her 2027 vision board, she says she’s just getting started.
