►Neptune Flood, a flood insurance company in St. Petersburg, is now offering commercial flood insurance in 48 states, available to small and midsized businesses.

►Achieva Credit Union, in Dunedin, hired Hilary Blackburn as vice president for deposit products and services.

►Hospitality Ventures Management Group, in Atlanta, was awarded management of the Hilton St. Petersburg Carillon Park, a nine-story, 227-room hotel with nearly 16,000 square feet of meeting space.

►RCS Pinellas board chair David Siracusa was recognized by Nonprofit Pro, as the 2020 Board Member of the Year, for his dedication, to and active support of, RCS’s mission of feeding the hungry, helping families facing homelessness return to self-sufficiency and empowering survivors of domestic violence.

►Cambria Hotel St. Petersburg–Madeira Beach Marina, a five-story, 125-room hotel, opened in Madeira Beach Town Center at 15015 Madeira Way.

►Barkett Realty, a St. Petersburg-based boutique real estate brokerage firm, welcomed two new hires to its team: Ashley Frazier, as a leasing & sales specialist, as well as a licensed Realtor and state-certified appraiser, and Darryl Feldman, director of business development.

►200 Central, in downtown St. Petersburg, will be home to coworking operator Industrious, which will operate nearly 37,000 square feet on three separate floors.

►Matt Kilgroe, a veteran investment adviser who previously worked for UBS, launched Cyndeo Wealth Partners, based in St. Petersburg.

►Dynasty Financial Partners, in St. Petersburg, launched a new financial firm, Interchange Capital Partners, an independent wealth management firm headquartered in Pittsburgh.

►Premier Nursing Academy, in Pinellas Park, which partners with local health care companies to offer its students guaranteed jobs after a free four-week-long training program, has graduated another class of 30 certified nursing assistants to help join the fight against COVID-19.

►St. Petersburg’s Northside Hospital is a recipient of the Healthgrades 2020 Patient Safety Excellence Award, which places it among the top 10 percent of all short-term acute care hospitals reporting patient safety data.
