Flatt most recently served as a senior portfolio manager at Bank of America Private Bank. Earlier, he was a portfolio manager at RBC Rochdale and held senior investment and advisory roles at Invesco, BlackRock, Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.

Drew spent nearly 15 years with Bank of America Private Bank as a senior trust officer, following similar roles at Wells Fargo Private Bank and SunTrust. She began her career at Barnett Bank in St. Petersburg in 1988.
