Andrew Wright is a serial entrepreneur and CEO who has helped shape Tampa’s skyline and business ecosystem through commercial real estate, capital investment and hospitality ventures. He founded Franklin Street in 2006 and has since launched Ally Capital Group and Next Level Brands Holdings, which now total more than 800 employees and $200 million in annual revenue.
He describes his leadership style as empowering people to grow, even beyond his companies. “Helping others succeed is the most meaningful part of leadership,” he says.
