Elizabeth Reedy leads Frameworks of Tampa Bay, a nonprofit that champions emotional intelligence (EQ) as a catalyst for lifelong success. Since becoming CEO, in 2019, she has reshaped the organization’s identity, expanded its impact, and embedded EQ into schools, communities and families across Tampa Bay.
Under her leadership, the nonprofit launched Frameworks Cares, which gives employees paid time off to volunteer, resulting in over 445 service hours and a culture that lives its mission. “We don’t just teach emotional intelligence, we model it,” she says.
