Hugh Campbell is a retired U.S. Army and Air Force Reserve officer, a West Point grad and a serial entrepreneur who has built and sold three companies. Today, he runs AC4S Technologies and serves on major boards including BayCare, the Tampa Bay EDC and Ultimate Medical Academy.
He says his proudest professional moment was growing his first company from a solo venture to 330 employees and $52 million in revenue, before its sale.
Known for mentorship and leadership behind the scenes, Campbell says, “Most people can’t relate to board service but remember—there are no great companies without good governance.”
