Norman is recognized as one of the world’s foremost experts in endocrine surgery whose early acceptance of technology in medicine saw him leave his role as the director of endocrine surgery at the University of South Florida. Nearly five years in Silicon Valley, he returned to Tampa to start the Norman Parathyroid Center which has seen double-digit growth the past 20 years, to become the world’s largest endocrine surgery practice.
