Kareem Spratling is a nationally respected public finance attorney and the Tampa managing shareholder of Bryant Miller Olive. With over $20 billion in bond work to his name, he helps nonprofit and public entities bring complex capital projects, like hospitals and schools, to life.
He says his proudest moment was becoming a shareholder: “I had to prove myself to the best in the business and then find a niche within a niche to grow it.”
Spratling chairs the board of Feeding Tampa Bay and serves as president of the Florida State University Law Alumni Board. He credits his success to resilience, positivity and a personal mantra: “Be the best at everything you do and if you’re not, let it not be because you didn’t give it your best.”
