As president and CEO of the South Tampa Chamber, Kelly Flannery has transformed a two-person operation into an award-winning, Certified+ chamber that doubled its membership and budget under her leadership. A Florida Certified Chamber Professional, she champions business growth, military partnerships and disaster recovery initiatives, most recently mobilizing grants and gift cards for businesses impacted by the 2024 hurricane season.
From serving on hospital and early learning boards to raising more than $1 million for military causes, Flannery leads with vision and heart. “I don’t believe in perfect balance,” she says. “I believe in being present where it matters most.”
