The Cake Girl
Lavallee is a celebrity cake artist and baker, born and raised in Puerto Rico. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida Rosen School of Hospitality Management and has been featured nationally on television, radio and in print publications. Some of her recent work included a 3D shark cake for Daymond John, from ABC’s Shark Tank, and a 3D Goat Cake for NFL Quarterback Tom Brady.
