Founder & Executive Director
Wheelchairs 4 Kids
In 2011, Madeline Robinson launched Wheelchairs 4 Kids from her spare bedroom. Today, her nonprofit has helped more than 2,000 children receive life-changing mobility equipment and access to inclusive adventures, like adaptive skiing and zip-lining.
When her husband fell critically ill just as the nonprofit launched, Robinson stayed the course advocating, fundraising and growing the mission.
Under her leadership, Wheelchairs 4 Kids has earned top ratings for ethics and transparency, while never laying off staff, even during the pandemic.
